What is your return policy?
Each piece is custom and made to order which means all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item please contact [email protected]. within 7 days of receiving your package.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, then your order will ship. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout when your order ships.
Packages that are returned to the sender due to customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece is handmade to be suitable for everyday wear. Please observe the following guidelines to extend the life of your piece:
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, hairspray, and other chemical substances that can be corrosive
- Keep away from chlorine and remove jewelry prior to showering and swimming
- Remove jewelry prior to sleeping and exercising
- When not in use, jewelry should be neatly stored and polished as needed
